Two respected Bay Area Yoga teachers, Gloria Persico of Glorious Yoga and Greg Riley of Upward Spiral Yoga, have merged their enthusiasm, their experience, and their vision to create a dynamic new Yoga learning environment in the heart of the Diablo Valley. The Yoga Fusion was born of their intention to create an authentic Yoga teaching cooperative, a Fusion, where committed students and teachers thrive together. No matter how much Yoga you do, do you still suffer with muscle tension, tightness, and fatigue? Are you familiar with the practice of self-myofascial compression technique and how to safely address and relieve muscle tightness?

If you want to learn more, come to Jamie Boasso’s Roll, Release and Restore class. This class compliments yoga beautifully by helping you to increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension and pain, improve overall physical performance and prevent future injuries.

During this 90-minute workshop, you will learn how to effectively increase pliability and lengthen your muscles from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. All of the techniques you learn can be done at home or even while traveling.

Jamie Boasso has been working in the fitness industry for more than 20 years. She is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Her passion is inspiring each client to reach his or her individual, personal best. When not working full time in corporate fitness, Jamie spends time cycling, hiking with her dog Tazzie and rolling, of course!
